JobAI by Every AI Thing uses a token-based payment system for AI processing. All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the cases outlined below.

1. No Refunds

Once tokens are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred, even if they are unused.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund if:

• A purchase fails to deliver tokens due to a verified technical issue on our side
• The service is unavailable for an extended period due to a system outage caused by us

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions:

• Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your transaction ID, account email, and a description of the issue

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through Stripe.
